This role owns the product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous improvement, working cross-functionally to deliver innovative, differentiated, market-leading solutions. Responsibilities: Build and maintain expert knowledge of assigned Fiber Systems product lines, including Thickening, Screening & Cleaning Products. Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the assigned portfolio in the NA market, having responsibility for the entire life cycle including new product launches, business case studies, quick-start guides, and product training. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support product strategies and drive profitable growth. Identify market opportunities through market research, customer intimacy, competitive analysis, and industry trends. Define business cases, including needed investment, and prioritize initiatives based on customer impact and alignment with overall company strategy. Maintain general understanding of the overall market including all Voith Fiber Systems products and process technology as well as competitive products, performance and positioning.
