The Vice President/Account Manager (AM) is the primary company contact with existing clients and is responsible for building and cultivating new client relationships. This Account Manager will bring a strong Bay Area construction industry network with a track record of winning new business and developing client relationships. (I would add this here since it would be to hard confirm this from a resume) This position is measured on the ability to successfully sell and deliver our services under the “Seller-Doer” business model. As one of the “engines of the office” and as part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), this position is not only responsible for generating new business opportunities but also actively participate in leading the office while also helping to develop staff and streamline operations. As one of two AM’s in the San Francisco office, this position is responsible for generating and overseeing roughly 50% of our annual sales & revenue. The AM is the primary party responsible for profit and loss on their respective accounts. The Am also interacts with other AM’s on a national level, helping to develop best practices and share lessons learned. This position reports to the Executive Vice President/General Manager (GM) and manages specific client accounts.

Vice President, Account Manager Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of construction operations leadership experience, including oversight of large-scale projects and business units.

  • 10+ years of experience delivering $50M+ projects in Aviation, Education, Technology, or Healthcare markets.

  • 10+ years of experience negotiating and managing complex construction contracts (GMP, Design-Build, CM-at-Risk, etc.).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Currently, the company is not considering applicants for this position who now or in the future require employment sponsorship by the company.
