Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minnesota, is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Responsibilities

As the Associate Director of Enterprise Facilities, you will shape the workplace experience across our corporate offices and enterprise footprint. This highly visible leadership role combines hands-on facilities operations with strategic oversight of capital projects, workplace planning, and long-term site needs.

You will partner with leaders, engineering, and cross-functional teams to create efficient, cost-effective environments that support collaboration and growth. Your work will influence how employees experience Post Consumer Brands every day, from reliable workplace services to thoughtful capital investments and space decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the enterprise facilities team, setting clear expectations for service, responsiveness, accountability, and consistent execution across locations.

  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance, workplace services, and vendor performance, with a focus on quality and employee experience.

  • Own facilities budgets, capital planning, and project delivery for initiatives such as HVAC improvements, parking lot work, and office upgrades.

  • Partner with engineering and business leaders to evaluate capital investments, long-term facility plans, and site strategies.

  • Guide space planning and workplace decisions by balancing business priorities, office layouts, employee needs, and consistent enterprise standards.

  • Establish practical standards for furniture, office design, and workplace environments across locations.

  • Support acquisitions, site transitions, and potential office relocations or consolidations.

  • Build trusted relationships across a matrixed organization and help stakeholders work through competing priorities.

  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify efficiencies, improve service, and uncover cost-saving opportunities.

  • Strengthen facilities systems and processes, including ticketing, reporting, and utilization tracking, with clear communication and attention to employee impact.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of building codes, OSHA guidelines, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in commercial real estate, facilities management, engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field preferred.

  • Familiarity with lease terms, property planning, and working with municipalities preferred.

  • CFM, FMP, SFP, CPM, or another relevant professional certification preferred.
