We're seeking a hands-on Chief Maintenance Engineer to take ownership of the hotel's maintenance, repairs, and building systems. This is a great opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys being directly involved in the work and ensuring the hotel's facilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. Full Benefits Package including Health Insurance, 401K, PTO, Paid Birthday and Annual Bonus Plan! Key Responsibilities: Lead and work alongside the maintenance team. Handle daily repairs, troubleshooting, and emergency maintenance. Oversee preventive maintenance for guest rooms and hotel facilities. Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, mechanical, and building systems. Assign daily work, manage work orders, and inspect completed work.<
