Epic Cupid Analyst

Job Description

This person will spend most of their day supporting and enhancing the Epic Cupid environment, with a heavy focus on scheduling build and advanced Cupid configuration. They will troubleshoot complex issues, lead problem-solving conversations with the broader team, and drive issues through resolution rather than waiting for direction. They’ll use their CAR400 and CAR600 expertise to handle both day-to-day administration and more advanced configuration needs. The ideal person is a proactive, experienced Epic Cupid Analyst who can operate independently and is comfortable supporting a larger enterprise environment.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

• 5+ years experience as Epic Analyst
• Epic Cupid Certification – Active
• CAR400 (Cupid Administration) + Car600 certifications (Advanced Cupid Configuration)
• Lead troubleshooting conversations with team
• Go getter personality
• Heavy scheduling build
