  • Business Development

  • ADT Health Growth & Strategy

  • Go-to-Market Strategy

Placement is based on business needs, skillsets, and academic background. Project work may include supporting product and business partnerships, researching markets and growth opportunities, developing go-to-market plans, tracking partner or business performance, analyzing customer feedback, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and preparing recommendations that improve customer experiences and business outcomes.

  • Completion of at least two upper-level (300/400) courses relevant to the internship discipline

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to support or sponsor any U.S. immigration benefit, such as, but not limited to, H-1B, TN, or STEM OPT, at this time.

Standout Candidates Will Bring

  • Prior internship, co-op, research, or independent project experience, along with the ability to clearly explain their individual contributions, decisions, and lessons learned

  • Experience supporting external partners, clients, vendors, sponsors, or cross-functional teams

  • Experience using Excel and PowerPoint to analyze information, track performance, build business cases, or communicate recommendations

  • Experience gathering customer or market insights and translating findings into actionable business recommendations

  • Leadership experience through student organizations, athletics, military service, community involvement, or campus initiatives

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and collaboration skills

How ADT invests in you:

Interns who thrive in this program ask questions early, take ownership of their work, and look for opportunities to contribute beyond their assigned projects. They build strong working relationships, understand the needs of multiple stakeholders, and turn research, data, and customer insights into practical recommendations while keeping shared commitments moving forward.
