Entry Level- Supply Chain Associate

What You'll Do

• Support purchasing and inventory processes to ensure materials are available when needed

• Track orders, shipments, and deliveries from suppliers

• Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies

• Assist with production planning and scheduling activities

• Maintain accurate data within ERP and inventory systems

• Coordinate with manufacturing, warehouse, and customer service teams

• Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports for leadership

• Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and technology like Excel

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Previous internship, warehouse, manufacturing, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus
