Matrix Home Care is now hiring a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a private duty night shift case in the North Lauderdale area of Broward County. We are seeking a nurse who is reliable, patient-focused, and comfortable providing one-on-one care in the home setting. This role is ideal for an RN or LPN who enjoys private duty nursing, building a positive relationship with patients and families, and providing quality care during overnight hours. Position Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide skilled nursing care to a patient in the home during the night shift. The nurse will follow the patients plan of care, monitor the patients condition, provide hands-on nursing support, and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate care team member.
