Maintenance Manager

Position Title: Maintenance What You'll Do: Performs general maintenance and repairs on the Tank Farm, Warehouse, facilities, equipment, forklifts, trailers, and trucks. Responsibilities: * Occasional maintenance and repair on trailer pumps * Limited manual warehouse duties as assigned including but not limited to painting, rack identification, and replacement of light fixtures & light bulbs. May also trim trees and complete outdoor maintenance tasks as assigned * Responsible for coordinating the facility maintenance program to ensure all maintenance is completed routinely * Completes various welding and fabrication projects * Completes general Tank Farm maintenance including pump and hose inspections * Completes necessary research for non-standard maintenance & repairs requiring the purchase of materials and/or employment by outside contractors or vendors * Monitors progress of outside contractors to ensure timely and proper repairs * Provides guidance and assistance to less senior maintenance workers * Serve on companys in-plant or off-site emergency response team * Performs required testing, repairs and re-certification of IBCs * Comply with all company policies, rules, and guidelines * Perform all other duties as required.
