This role will focus on ideating, developing, and launching unique offerings across categories, including Beauty, Home, Fitness, Grocery, Consumer Electronics (CE), and beyond.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of exclusive offerings on Amazon, working with some of the world's most recognizable brands and personalities to collaborate and launch one-of-a-kind, brand-burnishing products and collections. The ideal candidate will have an innate sense of what and who is culturally relevant, is passionate about creating specialized products that delight customers, and has track record of driving business growth.

Key job responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with top-tier talent partners (e.g., creators, celebrities) to co-create exclusive product offerings

  • Pitch and secure buy-in from internal leadership, brands, and talent partners (e.g., creators, celebrities) on exclusive collaborations, including first-to-market launches and collections that span categories

  • Lead end-to-end product development processes, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with Amazon's customer-centric approach

  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify emerging trends and opportunities across categories

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including vendor management, design, marketing, and operations to bring exclusive products to market

  • Develop and manage exclusive product roadmaps, prioritizing creator and celebrity collaborations, first-to-market launches, and unique offerings based on customer needs and business objectives

  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and iterate on offerings

  • Inform stakeholders of industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements relevant to exclusive collaborations

  • Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for meetings with brands

*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience managing internal and external relationships

  • Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working internally at a brand with a robust product manufacturing and development pipeline that includes exclusive collaborations with retailers

  • Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices

  • Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences
