  • Prepare project closeout documentation and analyze final project performance and results.
  • Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to gather updates, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate project information.
  • Maintain organized project controls documentation and information using Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Skills and Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Primavera, including independently creating and maintaining project schedules.
  • Experience developing and maintaining cost- and resource-loaded schedules.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, resource assignments, variance analysis, and project closeout.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of projects/contracts simultaneously with strong task-management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to independently identify schedule and cost issues, analyze trends, and develop corrective actions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with project managers, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and trainable mentality with the ability to quickly learn internal processes and project controls standards.
  • Previous utility industry experience, particularly within electric transmission, substations, or power delivery.
  • Experience supporting transmission line and/or substation capital projects.
  • Experience managing project controls throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial estimate input through project closeout.
  • Experience within a utility, municipality, state/local government agency, infrastructure organization, or other capital-intensive environment managing a large volume of concurrent projects.
  • Experience supporting annual capital program budgeting and forecasting.
  • SharePoint experience.
  • Experience working in a matrixed project environment with multiple project managers and stakeholders.
