What You'll Do:
Manage a 20 person fumigation crew
Mange every day operations including tractor fleet, equipment fabrication, budgeting, and scheduling
Compliance with all Safety, Environmental and Operating Standards
Manage the record keeping of application/spray records
Supervises the use of all spray equipment
Perform any other duties as assigned by Branch manager
Report any Safety concerns to the Safety Officer as soon as they are identified
Have knowledge of mixing, loading, and application of pesticides/fertilizers
Has experience in agriculture
Able to work additional hours to meet business demands
What You'll Bring:
Two-year college degree or higher education preferred
Experience preferred
Valid driver's license
Able to lift/carry up to 75lbs
Must pass pre-employment drug screen
Must meet DOT and Company requirements
QAL license mandatory; with an attached category O preferred
