What You'll Do

• Support payroll processing activities and ensure timely, accurate payroll administration.

• Review employee records, new hire documentation, and payroll-related changes.

• Manage garnishments, tax notices, and other payroll requests.

• Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities.

• Partner with Accounting and Human Resources teams to support employees and resolve payroll-related issues.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of payroll experience in a professional business environment.

• Experience supporting payroll administration and employee records.

• Familiarity with garnishments, payroll compliance, and payroll-related inquiries.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multi-state payroll operations.

• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, UKG, Paylocity, Dayforce, Workday, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms.

• Experience partnering with Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources teams.

• Knowledge of payroll tax notices, audits, and compliance requirements.

• Ability to identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.
