Technical Sourcing Manager

Job Description

Lead strategic sourcing for technical goods and services across a complex, global operation. The role develops sourcing strategies, negotiates contracts, manages supplier relationships, and drives measurable value across multiple business units.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management experience • Proven contract negotiation and supplier management expertise • Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies • Bachelor's degree and/or recognized procurement certification • Strong cross-functional and senior stakeholder partnership skills Technical, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, maritime, MRO, energy, transportation, or capital equipment sourcing • Complex technical procurement or large-scale operational/project environments • Sustainability or supplier diversity exposure is a plus
