Must be enrolled for the Fall 2027 semester (proof of enrollment required). Interest in or experience in the mining industry. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in engaging with leaders. Proficiency in research, writing, and computer skills. Must be 18 years of age prior to the date of hire and able to commit to employment between June 1, 2027, and September 1, 2027. Understanding and compliance with safety protocols. Valid U.S. work authorization and a valid drivers license. Successful completion of a pre-employment physical, including drug and alcohol testing. Ability to meet the required physical demands, including exerting 20-50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds constantly. Candidates selected for interviews will be contacted February/March 2027. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: ** Take ownership of specific projects aligned with your interests, skills, and career aspirations while addressing business objectives. Support daily departmental activities, gaining practical experience in both operational and strategic tasks.
