This job was posted by https://www.vermontjoblink.com : For more information, please see: https://www.vermontjoblink.com/jobs/1414230 RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE The registered nurse (RN) works as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide specialized care, assessment, and education to patients with mental health disorders in an outpatient setting. - Acquire vital signs, urine drug screens, and ensure that required documentation is completed and filed as needed. - Participate in the Individual Plan of Care/ Treatment Plan. - Provide nursing consultation, assistance, training and delegation of medication administration procedures to staff of Adult Outpatient. - Educate and counsel clients, family members, and primary care providers. - Be responsible for medication refills, prior authorizations, lab requisitions, and coordination of care across disciplines. - Interface with a wide range of medical and professional clinicians in hospital/clinic settings
