NOTE: This role is HYBRID - requiring 3 days a week at one of our office locations: Louisville, KY; Allentown, PA; Providence, RI. #INDPPL LI-Hybrid
Associate Change Analyst :
The Associate Change Analyst supports organizational change management activities across enterprise transformation initiatives. This role assists in the planning, development, and execution of change management deliverables that help employees successfully adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
Working under the guidance of Change Managers and senior change practitioners, this role contributes to stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption activities while developing foundational change management knowledge and skills.
Intermediate Change Management Specialist :
The Intermediate Change Analyst is responsible for executing organizational change management activities that support successful adoption of enterprise transformation initiatives. This role works independently on assigned workstreams and partners closely with Change Managers, project teams, and stakeholders to drive awareness, readiness, adoption, and business outcomes.
The role contributes to the development of change strategies and leads execution of key change management deliverables across multiple initiatives.
Senior Change Management Specialist :
The Sr Change Analyst serves as a senior change practitioner responsible for leading organizational change management activities across large-scale transformation initiatives. This role partners closely with Change Managers and project leadership to develop and execute change strategies, provide guidance to junior analysts, and drive organizational readiness, adoption, and value realization.
The Sr Change Analyst operates with a high degree of independence and serves as a trusted advisor to project teams and stakeholders.
Lead Change Management Specialist :

Support the execution of change management plans and activities across transformation initiatives.

Assist with stakeholder assessments, change impact documentation, and readiness activities.

Support development and maintenance of project change deliverables, trackers, and action logs.

Gather and organize feedback from stakeholders and impacted employee groups.

Assist in documenting lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities.

Communications & Engagement
-
Draft communications, presentations, and engagement materials for review by Change Managers.

Support communication distribution and tracking activities.

Assist with stakeholder meetings, workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions.

Help maintain communication calendars and project communication repositories.

Training & Readiness
-
Support development and coordination of training and enablement materials.
-
Assist with training logistics, scheduling, and participant communications.
-
Help collect and analyze readiness and adoption feedback.

Support change champion and stakeholder engagement activities.

Reporting & Analytics

Maintain project metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
-
Track stakeholder engagement, communication effectiveness, and training participation.

Support data collection related to adoption, readiness, and change effectiveness.

Senior Change Management Specialist:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field.
Lead Change Management Specialist :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field.
Required Experience:
