Job Duties

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The Clinician Recruiter plans, coordinates, and manages all recruitment activities for the recruitment, hiring, and retention of primary care and specialty care physicians, psychologists, and advanced practice providers (APPs) at Park Nicollet Clinic. Scope of duties include sourcing, screening, coordination of interviews and site visits, professional referencing, negotiating of contracts and employment offers, and onboarding. This position advises and collaborates with senior physician and operations leaders about clinician recruitment, market trends and challenges, hiring needs and strategies, search and selection processes and compensation. The clinician recruiter is also responsible for coordinating/initiating the onboarding needs for new clinicians including relocation, licensing, credentialing, immigration, and orientation to ensure a timely and smooth transition to their new practice at Park Nicollet Clinic.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:

Bachelor's degree, in related field, or equivalent years of experience

3-5 years recruitment and/or generalist experience.

Demonstrated experience with full life cycle recruiting.

Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:

NA

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proven proficiency in the operation of the following: Personal Computer, Telephone, Fax Machine, Photocopier, Printer, and electronic medical record.

Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:

FASPR, SHRM or PHR preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Working knowledge of human resources policies and procedures.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with physicians, clinicians, and senior leadership.

Ability to function independently and in a team environment.

Ability to multi-task and mange competing priorities and a diverse workload, while achieving results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

Ability to problem solve and generate creative solutions to recruitment challenges.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong customer focus and ability to effectively influence internal and external customers.
