Looking for a night shift where you’re more than just a number? Our Surgery 1 team is known for its compassionate leadership, low turnover, and strong sense of camaraderie. We care for patients with a wide range of acute medical needs, giving you the chance to grow your clinical skills in a supportive environment. What We're Looking For

Education: High school diploma, required. Completion of NAI program, required.

Experience: One year of relevant experience, preferred. One year required, Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living

Licensure/Certification: Completion of NAI program, Required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, Required. Medication Safety - AME, Required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, Required.

Additional skills preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation.
