BJC HealthCare is seeking a Coordinator, Healthcare Information Mgmt for our release of information team!

Coordinates daily operations for ROI, Audit and Home Health areas of Disclosure Management workstream to provide timely and quality services to all internal and external customers

Produces Monthly Productivity statistics and KPI Metrics for ROI, Audit and Home Health areas

Coordinates all computer access and equipment ordering for Disclosure Management Team and Vendor

Assists in the coordination of privacy investigations

Support policies, procedures and workflows for creation and maintenance for HIM Disclosure Management areas

Coordination of Disclosure Management inventory and ordering of supplies

Assistance with creation and revision of ROI Policy and Procedures

8 am-4:30 pm M-F

Role Purpose
Coordinates daily operations in assigned areas of the department in order to provide timely and quality services to all internal and external customers. Performs quality review of scanned medical record images. Produces monthly statistical reports. Coordinate education monitoring and quality review programs for coding staff. Develop, maintain, and coordinate diagnosis and procedure coding practices for the purpose of coding correct and optimizing reimbursement.
