Why You Should Apply: Starting pay: $15.90 - $16.90 per hour Weekly pay every Friday 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities available Pay increases after 90 days upon hire with the client Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential Benefits Once Hired by Client: Competitive pay Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plans Dependent care support Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) Ongoing training and development opportunities What Youll Do: Operate hand and power tools including routers, drills, saws, and sanders Follow written and verbal instructions accurately Read measurements such as tape measures and gauges Work in a team-oriented production environment What It Takes: Comfortable working in a fiberglass environment Ability to follow directions and work independently Strong attention to detail and accuracy with measurements Ability to lift at least 50 pounds continuously throughout the shift A drug-free workplace and a criminal background check is required.
