Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an HR Administrator to support an online vehicle auctions and automotive remarketing client in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team. This role is responsible for employee lifecycle administration, HRIS transactions, personnel records management, onboarding support, scheduling, expense reporting, invoice processing, and departmental coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, technically proficient, and committed to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars by coordinating meetings, interviews, and travel arrangements for the HR leadership team.
  • Maintain departmental files, distribution lists, and organizational records.
  • Order office and department supplies (printer ink, drug test kits, etc.)
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs, anniversary awards, and special events.
  • Compliance poster ordering and sent to facilities
  • Organization and maintain file room and records HR Services Support
  • Provide employee life cycle support (onboarding, offboarding, employee record maintenance, and HR inquiries).
  • Scan and insert paper documents into electronic personnel file
  • HR inbox monitoring
  • Coordinate and/or complete DOT and employment verifications and other employee requests Qualifications

Skills and Requirements

  • Associates degree or higher in business or related.
  • 1-3 years of relevant HR or administrative experience.
  • Technical proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and MS Office Suite
  • Understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and procedures Technical proficiency with Workday
