Work Location: Client Support Center - Southlake, TX 76092

Overview: 2020 Companies is now interviewing for an HR Administrator to perform a variety of specialized, complex activities in HR, Benefits and Risk Management. This position has a strong emphasis on proactive problem resolution and departmental communications.

Job Description:

  • Assist and accurately reconcile enrollments, termination and billings to employees' record (e.g. COBRA, 401k, health, FSA, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring accurate eligibility and payment information and complying with contract provisions, state and federal laws
  • Accurately maintain and process OSHA reporting
  • Assist with multiple communications and marketing materials to promote Benefits and Human Resources topics, employee initiatives and leadership company-wide
  • Assist with workers compensation claims to ensure timely reporting in compliance with corporate policies and procedures; coordinate with third-party administrators on all eligible claims
  • Assist with Benefits and Leave of Absence (LOA) processes
  • Assist to ensure compliance and legal postings for Corporate and companies-owned offices
  • Assist with management of Medical Support Notices and other state inquires correspondences
  • Assist with Paid Sick Leave and other time off inquires
  • Assist in development of special department projects in conjunction with department leadership
  • Efficiently process all unemployment claims, medical support and child support responses and effectively researching when necessary
  • Professionally respond to related queries (emails, calls, etc.)
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Performance Measurements:

  • Effectively and efficiently assist with HR project, duties, and responsibilities as assigned
  • Accurately complete/submit all workers compensation claims and benefit actions within required timeframe
  • Effectively, accurately and efficiently perform all duties and responsibilities as describe above

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred
  • 3 years relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior presentation and analytical skills, plus demonstrated ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
