The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall management, direction and co-ordination of plant operations in carrying out company objectives at the lowest cost consistent with safety and quality requirements. What youll be doing . - Oversee overall plant operations including safety, finance, manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, materials, quality assurance / control, information systems, environment, public, supplier, government and customer relations - Ensures positive relations and a highly collaborate approach with internal/external stakeholders and community - Proactively fostering and promoting the safe work habits of employees. Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed - Active participation in health and safety initiatives, taking a lead role in safety optimization in the drive towards zero incidents. Bachelors degree, preferably in one of the following disciplines: Engineering, Science or Business or a related field A minimum of 8+ years leadership experience A minimum of 8+ years of proven manufacturing experience in a food or beverage setting Ability to lead and develop a team in a collaborative and customer focused way that equally drives results and engagement []{style="color: #595959; ba "}
