JOB SUMMARY:
This Revenue Specialist II position performs customer support for child support cases and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with customers and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

Initiating and responding to requests

Researching and resolving case issues

Gathering information and analyzing case data to determine next steps

Experience processing information using a computer system

Experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions. *

Standard workday of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.

This role may be eligible for part-time telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency, once a satisfactory 12-month probationary period has been completed.
SALARY: $38,760.36 - $45,004.08 / annually
