  • Establish and evolve standard processes for development efforts within marketing automation platforms.

  • Provide leadership and guidance on all technical aspects of marketing automation platforms.

  • Assemble standardized work packages including requirements, specifications, and high-level design and architectural direction.

  • Iterate as needed so the team has all of the information required to take independent ownership of the work through the development cycle.

  • Once work is completed and returned, ensure that it aligns with the requirements and directions provided.

  • Manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience in algorithmic decisioning or interactive management.

  • Experience in a consulting environment and/or digital agency with demonstrated creativity, innovation, and progression of responsibility.

  • Experience across other digital marketing channels: ads, SMS, mobile apps, WhatsApp, Line, and web.

  • Experience with customer data management (data warehouse, data lakes, CDP, etc.) technologies.

  • Experience with one Customer Data Platform (Salesforce Data360, Adobe Experience Platform, mParticle, Segment, etc.).

  • Solid grasp of HTML, JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular, Flutter, Backbone, etc.), AMPscript, and SQL, including knowledge of when to use each; familiarity with AI integration within these technologies.

  • Experience with agentic AI – in particular, multi-agent orchestration and topology design, took integration and interoperability, persistent state, memory, and content engineering, agentic resilience, guardrails, and security, and LLMOps, observability, and FinOps.

  • Experience building or working with Postman and APIs.

  • Experience with at least one object-oriented back-end language (Java, C#, .Net, etc.).

  • Experience with at least one web analytics platform (Adobe, Google, etc.) a plus.

  • Experience using at least one tag management system (DTM, GTM, Tealium) a plus.

  • Experience in API development and AI model deployment using platforms like TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
