Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counselor

WERE HIRING: PRP COUNSELORS / PRP PRACTITIONERS Are you a motivated PRP Counselor/Practitioner who enjoys working directly with people and making a difference in the community? We are looking for outgoing, self-motivated, and compassionate PRP professionals who can conduct community outreach, build relationships, identify potential clients, and connect eligible individuals with our PRP services. What Youll Do Conduct community outreach and develop referral relationships Identify and engage individuals who may benefit from PRP services Educate potential clients about available services Assist with the intake and referral process Provide community-based rehabilitation and support services Maintain professional documentation and follow program requirements Build relationships with hospitals, schools, community organizations, social-service agencies, and other referral sources Were Looking For Someone Who: Has PRP experience or relevant behavioral-health experience Is comfortable working in the community Has strong communication and interpersonal skills Is dependable, professional, and self-motivated Can develop relationships and referral sources CPRP certification is a plus Compensation: Competitive pay, with potential performance-based incentives/bonuses where applicable.
