Duties/Responsibilities:

• Will have direct contact with external customers and Parker salespeople.

• Will give Customer price quotations and process credits.

• Keep appropriate departments informed of customer requirements and problem areas.

• Process internal and external emails, schedules and releases on a timely basis.

• Responsible for entering customer’s purchase orders via mainframe.

• Responsible for entering customer complaints and ATRs.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

• Proficient in the use of personal computer and mainframe programs.

• Excellent telephone and general communication skills.

• Excellent math skills.

• Sensitivity in dealing with customer conflicts.

• Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively work with people in a team environment as well as various levels of the organization.

• Previous customer service experience is beneficial.

• High School Graduate with emphasis on office procedures, interpersonal communications and computer skills.

• Basic MS Office Programs.

Education and Experience:
