AGRILAND FS is looking for a self-starter with strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills to join our Energy team as a Project Superintendent. This individual will lead and coordinate subcontractors, AGRILAND FS team members, equipment, and resources to deliver successful energy projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate takes ownership of project safety, quality, schedules, and budgets while building strong relationships with customers and construction partners. What You'll Do

  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors, AGRILAND FS team members, equipment, and materials to keep projects moving forward safely and efficiently.

  • Manage projects from start to finish, including scheduling, logistics, work sequencing, quality control, and budget oversight.

  • Develop project schedules and strategies to meet deadlines, control costs, and deliver quality results.

  • Maintain a strong safety culture by enforcing site safety protocols and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve field issues and keep projects on track.

  • Coordinate fuel, DEF, oil, equipment, and other project resources with construction, procurement, logistics, and regulatory teams.

  • Monitor project progress, document daily activities in Elevate, and communicate updates, challenges, and solutions.

  • Review work completed, material invoices, and project costs in collaboration with the Energy Billing team.

  • Ensure all work meets approved contract documents, project specifications, and applicable local and national codes.

  • Participate in preconstruction planning and support the development of site layouts, presentations, and project proposals.

  • Take ownership of project outcomes while supporting AGRILAND FS initiatives, technology, and continuous improvement.

What We Need

  • At least two years of construction, fuel, or related industry experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to direct subcontractors and coordinate multiple teams and resources.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to develop schedules, prioritize competing demands, solve problems, and make decisions independently.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.

  • Knowledge of energy products, including propane, propane equipment, petroleum, lubricants, and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail, business and math skills, and the ability to understand project costs, materials, and documentation.

  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word, and the ability to learn proprietary software and technology.

  • Ability to work beyond normal business hours when needed to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.

  • Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a CDL.

  • Ability to travel as needed for project oversight and coordination.

  • Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and perform physical activities such as climbing, pulling, reaching, and walking over uneven surfaces or obstacles.

  • Willingness to obtain Energy Management Specialist certification within two years.
