Registered Nurse (RN) –Tahlequah,OK

Local Pay : $71.51/hour

Travel Package:

Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hourly $41.17, Stipend (Lodging $791.00 + M&I $476.00) = $1,267.00,

Total Comp: $2,749.12

Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:

  • Nights, 3x12

  • No Holiday RTO

Nursing Specialty: Level 4 RN L&D RN

Labor and Delivery RN Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period, including monitoring maternal and fetal conditions.

  • Assist physicians and healthcare providers with vaginal and cesarean deliveries, procedures, and management of obstetric emergencies.

  • Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as ordered, while monitoring patient response and changes in condition.

  • Provide immediate newborn care and monitoring following delivery, as needed.

  • Educate and support patients and families regarding labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.

  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, timely, and quality patient care.

**Minimum Qualifications **

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience within the last 3 years

  • Must have an Oklahoma or Compact RN License

  • Certs: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Meet pre-employment credentialing clearances (Background Check and Drug Screen)

  • Ability to meet physical demands (stand; walk; sit; climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl), and lift up to 50lbs

  • Additional certifications may be required

  • Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

  • Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
