Overview
Join our mission
Intuit is a global technology platform company that helps our customers and communities overcome their most important financial challenges. Around the world, we enable prosperity for over 50 million consumers, small businesses, and self-employed customers.
The Mission
Small businesses fuel the global economy. In the US alone, they employ 60% of the workforce and create 80% of new jobs. Yet, the odds are stacked against them: one in two fails within five years. One of the most severe challenges a small business faces is managing their cash flow: balancing inflows and outflows, late customer payments, funding growth, and making payroll, all while hoping there is enough left over for profit or a rainy day. At QuickBooks, we aren’t just building software; we are increasing the survival rate of entrepreneurship globally.
The QuickBooks Capital Marketplace provides millions of small businesses with the capital needed to fuel their specific business needs, with ease and transparency at its core. Our data shows customers who take capital meaningfully outpace their peers in terms of business growth and survivability, and our mission is to ensure that every QuickBooks customer has a great offer available for them.
The Opportunity
We have the unique opportunity to connect the millions of businesses on our QuickBooks platform with dozens of high quality lenders who serve unique customer segments and products, with transparency and data privacy at the core of our platform.
This role will shape and deliver the experiences and underlying services that allow our customers to experience partner offers in a first class manner, entirely on the QuickBooks platform.
We're at an inflection point where AI is reshaping how financial products are built and experienced, and this role sits at the center of that transformation. We need a driven PM who is deeply curious, moves with urgency, thrives in ambiguity, and commands mastery of the latest AI tools for product development.
Why Join Us?
-
Impact at Scale: QuickBooks Capital is one of Intuit’s fastest growing businesses, and one of the largest providers of financing for small businesses. Your work will shape how millions of small businesses access working capital to survive and thrive
-
Autonomy: You will own a meaningful, discrete part of the product experience and will be accountable for the experience, strategy, roadmap, and execution
-
Culture: You’ll join a team where the bar is high, the customer impact is real, and the opportunity to innovate is at a massive scale. And we have a good time while doing it!
Responsibilities
-
Own the roadmap and execution for the core funnel of marketplace, including the strategy and execution of the application, offer, funding, and servicing experiences that work across dozens of lenders
-
Drive the upstream integration of Marketplace offers into the broader ecosystem, including credit consent collection, customer eligibility, routing, and offer presentation
-
Define and partner with Data Science to execute on product analytics that identify where customers are succeeding and struggling
-
Champion the customer experience through deep empathy, research, and data and increasingly through AI-assisted discovery and rapid prototyping
-
Lead cross-functional partners from engineering to compliance to ship delightful, intelligent experiences for customers
Qualifications
-
5+ years designing and delivering products in a Product Management role, with a track record of results. Experience with growth and funnel-optimization product management, and Fintech experience, preferred.

Hands-on fluency with AI tools to research, analyze, prototype, and accelerate your work. Experience shipping AI-powered product features is a plus.
-
Comfortable working through ambiguity, breaking down complex problems with structured analysis and refine your approach as you learn.
-
Strong record of accountability and do/say ratio
-
Passionate about solving customer problems (the big ones and the small ones).
-
Bachelor’s degree required; a major in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is a plus
