Employer's Name: Mastercard Technologies, LLC Job Title: Director, Corporate Treasury (O'Fallon, MO) Position Duties: Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic leader from the Treasury department, focusing on the network enablement of settlement services and capabilities. Collaborate with business units to strategize, develop and implement enhancements to settlement service offerings, ensuring alignment with market needs and operational capabilities. Partner with the Network Product team to understand new business opportunities and define necessary enhancements required to settlement infrastructure. Conduct thorough analysis to assess the financial, operational, regulatory, customer, and system impacts and requirements needed to support settlement services, present strategic recommendations to executive management. Identify and address risks and impacts to Mastercard and its customers due to the introduction of new settlement capabilities. Act as the liaison between business and technology in product design, implementations and system enhancements. Supervises team of 2 Lead Business Analysts. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or related and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or as a Lead Business Analyst, Project Manager, or related. Qualifying experience must include at least five (5) with each of the following: Stakeholder Management; Data Analysis; Structured Problem Solving; Data Processing; Project Management.
