About City Winery

Imagine a sold-out show, a glass of wine made on-site, and a great dinner, all under one roof. That's City Winery. Every year we produce thousands of concerts and hundreds of wines across ten live entertainment venues in nine metropolitan areas. Each venue is also a working winery and restaurant. We also run five standalone restaurants and winegardens.

The Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our digital marketing team and help fill the room, night after night. Reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll build, launch, and optimize paid social and programmatic campaigns that turn a scroll into a ticket sale, and you'll see the results of your work in real time as shows sell out.

This is an entry-level role built for learning. From day one you'll manage live campaigns on the major ad platforms, work with real budgets, and learn performance marketing fundamentals from an experienced team. Because the team is small, your ideas and your work will be seen and will make a real difference. What You'll Do

  • Build and launch digital ad campaigns for shows at CityWinery venues on platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, StackAdapt, Vibe,and LinkedIn.

  • Monitor and optimize ad spend, CPA, and ROAS so everydollar works as hard as possible.

  • Write and refresh ad copy that matches the City Winerybrand voice, priority keywords, and website messaging.

  • Test new ideas across creative, audiences, and targeting,measure what works, and share what you learn with the team.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and turn thenumbers into clear takeaways.

  • Work with local marketing teams at each venue so campaignssupport their show calendars and overall strategy.

  • Help track progress against annual paid media goals.

  • Implement AISearch and SEO tactics that improve search performance, including maintainingsearch listings and updating website content.

  • Support other digital marketing priorities such asemail, and SMS as needed.

  • Keep up with digital advertising trends and bring new ideasto the table.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Marketing,Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and thecuriosity to ask questions when something isn't clear

  • A basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.Coursework, internships, and personal projects all count.

  • Comfort with Google Workspace, especially spreadsheets

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to managemultiple deadlines on your own

  • A tech-savvy mindset and interest in how AI tools can makemarketing smarter and faster

  • A genuine passion for music, food, wine, and liveentertainment

  • Based in New York City, with potential, occasional travelto other City Winery locations

Bonus Points

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads,TikTok Ads, StackAdapt, Vibe, or similar platforms

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) or other analyticstools

  • Experience managing local listings
