Job Description
Deliver classroom instruction covering fiber infrastructure fundamentals Teach MPO/MTP connectivity, OS2 fiber, polarity, and structured cabling concepts Conduct hands-on fusion splicing labs Train technicians on OTDR and OLTS testing methodologies Teach cleaning, inspection, loss analysis, and documentation requirements Validate technician proficiency through practical assessments Support Bronze, Silver, and Gold certification gates Partner with QA and field leadership on technician readiness
