Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor

As a Weekend Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents, while also providing leadership and guidance to our nursing team.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Supervising and managing the nursing team on weekends, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of patient care

Assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and documenting patient outcomes

Monitoring and maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures

Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

Participating in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing changes to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
