Full job description
Job Duties
Under general supervision, creates legal descriptions, updates parcel maps, assists customers with filing for exemptions, exclusions, and special tax programs, answers questions, and solves problems. Assists the public in person and over the telephone. Processes property sales records, transfers, requests for abatement and assessment changes. Provides cross departmental coverage. Supports a diverse, respectful, and inclusive workplace.
Minimum Education Required
Associate's degree from an accredited college in real estate, public administration, business administration or related field and two (2) years of experience in a similar position as listed in the work functions.
OR
A combination of education and experience equivalent to four (4) years of experience in a similar position as listed in the work functions.
