Full job description
Sthenos LLC (PA entity ID on file), doing business as Sthenos Technologies, is a contracted staffing vendor for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is hiring a Clinical Dietitian for the PA Department of Human Services, Office of Developmental Programs (ODP), Selinsgrove State Centre, 1000 Route 522, Selinsgrove, PA 17870 (Snyder County). Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st shift (day), full-time (40 hours/week). Duties: complete nutrition assessments and reassessments for residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities; develop, implement and monitor individualized nutrition care plans, therapeutic diets and texture-modified diets; document in the medical record and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings; provide nutrition education to residents, families and direct-care staff; review menus and consult with food service on diet orders and supplements; and ensure compliance with state and federal ICF/ID and long-term care regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in dietetics, nutrition or a related field; Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential with the Commission on Dietetic Registration; Pennsylvania Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN) or eligibility; at least two (2) years of clinical dietetics experience, ICF/ID, long-term care or behavioral health preferred. This is a full-time, W-2 contract position through Sthenos Technologies, working on-site in Selinsgrove. Sthenos Technologies is the employer of record and pay is processed weekly. Pay: $48.00 per hour. Credentialing completed through Sthenos before start: active RD credential and PA license; government-issued photo ID; PA State Police criminal background check (ePATCH); FBI fingerprint clearance; PA Child Abuse History Clearance; pre-employment physical; TB screening; immunization records; professional references; pre-employment drug screen.
