Process Control Assistant Manager

ABOUT HMGMA: HMGMA is the abbreviation of Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America. It is Hyundai Motor Group's first dedicated EV mass-production plant and is an innovative plant with cutting-edge production technology applied. WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Develop and modify production plans. - Implement plans through monitoring and controlling the production process. - Leads analysis of demand developments, forecasting and planning of production. - Leads the control of progress, and the initiation of action when necessary. - Develop daily or weekly production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met. - Establish mid- and long-term production plan reflecting production capacity and constraints. - Inform relevant departments of production plan changes and update documents accordingly. - Prepare status/performance reports and resolve production issues. - Regularly communicate with other production departments for information sharing. - Meet all other requirements as assigned. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE: Required: - Bachelor's degree required. - Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications. - Domestic / International travel required.
