Tawas Bay Beach Resort is looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our On-Call Banquet Staff! From festive holiday parties and elegant weddings to special celebrations and corporate events, you'll help create wonderful experiences for our guests in a beautiful resort setting. What You'll Do - Help set up and prepare banquet rooms for events. - Assist with food and beverage service. - Keep event spaces clean, organized, and welcoming. - Provide friendly, professional service to guests. - Work as part of a team to ensure events run smoothly. - Assist with cleanup after events. What We're Looking For - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. - Dependable, team-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. - Previous banquets, restaurants, or hospitality experiences are a plus!
