Overview:

• We are hiring a Physical Security Systems Administrator to remotely support, configure, and manage enterprise access control and video surveillance systems. This role is responsible for system configuration, integration of site equipment into enterprise platforms, service ticket monitoring, and integrator oversight.

• This is not a hands-on installation or repair role. All physical work is performed by approved third party security integrators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, administer, and support LenelS2 access control systems

• Configure, administer, and support ExacqVision video management systems

• Perform system configuration and onboarding of site equipment into enterprise platforms

• Access control panels, doors, readers, and inputs

• Cameras, recording servers, and storage

• Integrate newly installed or upgraded site equipment into centralized enterprise systems

• Monitor, triage, and manage physical security service tickets (ServiceNow or similar)

• Perform remote troubleshooting and determine when integrator support is required

• Coordinate and oversee integrator service calls and break/fix work

• Validate system configuration and confirm successful integration after onsite work

• Review service reports and ensure proper resolution before ticket closure

• Monitor system health, alarms, offline devices, and recurring issues

• Support access audits, video evidence requests, and system standardization efforts

• Maintain accurate documentation, inventories, and configuration records

• Partner with IT/network teams on connectivity, performance, and system access

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience supporting electronic physical security systems

• Strong hands-on experience with:

• LenelS2 (system configuration, administration, troubleshooting)

• ExacqVision (system configuration, administration, troubleshooting)

• Experience integrating site-level security equipment into enterprise platforms

• Experience monitoring and managing support tickets in an enterprise environment

• Understanding of IP networking basics (VLANs, bandwidth, connectivity)

• Experience working with security integrators or managed service providers

• Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting multi-site or global environments

• Vendor or manufacturer training in LenelS2 or ExacqVision

• Familiarity with ITIL or structured support and change management processes
