Job Description
VSL is responsible for all actions and activities that support their area of responsibility including Safety, Quality, and Production Performance. VSL's will directly support shop techs and interact with multple departments that support their areas of responsibilities. VSL's will be responsible for all clerical, technical, and functional support that may/will include safety reports, TipQa, Production Performance reporting, and other duties as required. This position is responsible to communicate effectively the goals and objectives that support the plant wide objectives with Safety, Quality, and Production performance in that order. VSL are expected to support their physical areas of responsibility keeping them safe, clean, and up-to-date with communications with the Gemba board. VSL's will conduct on-going training and communications with regulat team meetings to support objectives.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
4 years of plant experience with high school education.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Supervision skills with prior experience. Manufacturing environment experience with safety/quality bias.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $67728 - $115138
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
