Description Trullion is transforming the accounting world with an AI-powered platform built for accountants and auditors. Our technology automates complex financial workflows, boosts efficiency, reduces costly errors, and fosters real collaboration. Founded in 2019, Trullion is on a mission to make accounting and audit technology people truly love, driving a more efficient, transparent, and human-oriented industry. From rapid onboarding to a seamless managed service model, we deliver a customer-first experience at every step. Headquartered in New York, with offices in Tel Aviv and London, we are backed by top investors, including Aleph, Third Point Ventures, Greycroft, StepStone Group, as well as leading global CFOs and accounting firms. An exciting opportunity awaits for a dynamic individual to join our HR team as an HR Generalist & Recruiting Manager, providing temporary maternity leave coverage. This is a part-time, fixed-term role (approximately 2-3 days per week in office) beginning in December 2026, with a short overlap for knowledge transfer, and running through approximately June 2027. You will keep core HR operations and hiring running smoothly while our HR lead is out, partnering closely with leadership, finance, and our PEO. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable owning a broad scope from day one.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR continuity for the US & UK teams in partnership with global HR and finance (representatives are both based in Tel Aviv, Israel).
- Own day-to-day US & UK HR operations, including new hire onboarding, employee offboarding, HRIS records, and employee questions, in partnership with our PEO.
- Serve as the point of contact for benefits, payroll, and year-end processes (e.g., W-2s), working with finance and the PEO; support benefits renewal and open enrollment.
- Manage end-to-end recruiting (approximately 2-4 open headcount at any time) and ATS oversight: source and outreach on LinkedIn Recruiter, coordinate interviews, and support offers.
- Support employee relations and leave administration in coordination with our PEO, following applicable federal and state requirements and escalating sensitive matters to HR leadership as appropriate.
- Own workplace operations, including in-office presence, vendor coordination, events, and IT equipment requests.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an HR generalist or combined HR/recruiting role, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment with a global team.
- Direct experience working with a PEO (Vensure, Rippling, Trinet, etc) for employment administration, benefits, compliance, leave laws, (e.g., FMLA, state leave), etc.
- Hands-on, full-cycle recruiting experience, including ATS management and sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information, and clear, professional communication across all levels.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, start in December, commit through approximately June, and work on-site 2-3 days per week.
About us We embrace our core values in everything that we do:
- Think BIG. We are ambitious, proactive, and we love challenging the status quo.
