Job Description

Under the direct supervision of Project Manager, assist in modifying software applications from detailed specifications, and code, test, debug, document, and maintain those programs. Actively participate in multiple phases of project life cycle development including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development and testing of computer applications. Work with business analysts and technical team members to understand business and technical requirements that drive the analysis and design of data models, data architecture, stored procedure development and general high-quality technical solutions. Design and customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. Experience must include utilizing: J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Javascript, Jenkins, Cucumber, AngularJS, Web Services, JIRA, XML, Visual Studio, SQL, Oracle, UNIX.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or a foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Business Administration, Engineering (Any) or related with 1 year of relevant IT experience as a Computer/Engineering Professional or related. In lieu of the above, will also accept an Associate’s degree or a foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Business Administration, Engineering (Any) or related with 2 years of relevant IT experience as a Computer/Engineering Professional or related. Any suitable combination of education, training & experience is acceptable. Must be willing to work anywhere in the U.S. Job locations in Iselin, NJ & may involve relocation to various unanticipated client sites across the U.S.
