Director Enterprise Delivery

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Your Role The Stellarus Chief Information Officer is responsible for overseeing corporate technology strategy, engineering, and operations that support the partnership with Blue Shield of California. The organization drives operational excellence, strategic alignment, and the successful delivery of technology solutions that enable business growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure secure, scalable, reliable, and high-performing technology services. The Director, Enterprise Delivery will report to the Sr. Director, Technology, Infrastructure, and Stabilization. In this role, you will provide senior leadership across engineering delivery, platform operations, and technology services aligned to the organization's highest-priority business objectives. You will lead engineering managers and technology leaders responsible for solution delivery, production operations, platform reliability, service performance, and continuous improvement, ensuring technology solutions are delivered with speed, quality, security, and operational excellence. This role requires strong engineering and operational leadership, with the ability to guide architecture, delivery execution, production stability, and complex issue resolution while driving modernization and operational maturity. You will partner closely with Product, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and business leaders to improve execution, strengthen reliability, manage risk, and deliver measurable business outcomes through technology. Your Knowledge and Experience Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree 10 years of prior relevant experience in software engineering, technology operations and management, or related technology roles 6 years of prior people management experience with direct responsibility for supervising, coaching, and evaluating direct reports, including experience leading engineering managers and/or senior engineers Demonstrated experience...
