You will provide active travel consultation and will work in an international setup. Join us in creating unique experiences. As a Client Dedicated Meeting Planner, you will - Plan and manage meetings, conferences, and convention - Schedule, prepare, and facilitate a weekly team meeting - Manage day-to-day internal and client version program budgets - Work with Account Executive or Account Manager to ensure a complete and professional presentation of final bill documents to the client - Source destination, hotel, and venue options that meet clients' expectations About you - Experience in planning meetings, incentives, conventions, conferences, and/or special event - Extensive client management and group travel experience - Proficiency in database management - Effective communication skills also in English What we offer you At BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
