Litigation Paralegal

Job Description We`re partnering with a well-respected Buffalo litigation firm that is looking to add a Litigation Paralegal to its team - with a strong emphasis on toxic tort work. Duties: * Supporting 2-3 litigation attorneys * Managing critical deadlines * Drafting, reviewing, and filing pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses * Communicating with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel * Organizing records, transcripts, and exhibits * Assisting with identifying and preparing exhibits for depositions, hearings, and trial * Maintaining case files and litigation calendars * Tracking billable time## ## Job Requirements * 2-3 years of litigation experience * Paralegal Certificate or minimum 2-year College Degree in a related field * Excellent legal writing skills * Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimal direction * Analytical mindset * Proficiency using Microsoft Word Key Resource Group, LLC considers applicants for all positions without regard to gender, race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, sexual orientation, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, citizenship, veteran status, gender expression and/or identity, or any other class protected by federal, state, or local laws.
