Office Operations Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)

📍 Hopkins, MN

🕒 Full-Time | Onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Are you a bilingual administrative professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and keeping operations running smoothly? We're seeking an Office Operations Manager to join our growing team in Hopkins, MN. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting accounting, HR, customer service, and day-to-day office operations.

What You'll Do

As a key member of the team, you'll play an important role in ensuring efficient office operations while providing support across multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply customer payments and support Accounts Receivable activities

  • Generate invoices, monitor payment schedules, and assist with collections

  • Enter vendor invoices and provide administrative support to the accounting team

  • Assist with employee onboarding, payroll support, access management, and HR administration

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage incoming and outgoing mail

  • Support sales reporting, pricing updates, and customer account maintenance

  • Provide general administrative support across accounting, HR, operations, and sales teams

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Previous Accounts Receivable experience

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a busy office environment

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR, onboarding, or payroll support experience

  • Collections experience

  • Manufacturing industry experience

  • Experience working for a small business

  • Deacom ERP experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopkins, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
