Registered Nurse (RN) – San Leandro,CA

Travel Package:

Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hourly $36.92, Stipend (Lodging $1,064.00 + M&I $644.00) = $1,708.00,

Total Comp: $3,258.64

Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:

  • 12hrs 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM

  • 36 hours/ week

Nursing Specialty: ICU RN

ICU RN Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.

  • Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment.

  • Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered.

  • Operate and monitor critical-care equipment and respond to changes in patient condition.

  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.

  • Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care while maintaining professional standards

**Minimum Qualifications **

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing / Associate of Science in Nursing.

  • Current RN license in State of CA

  • BLS, ACLS,Certification

  • Two (2) years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred.

  • NIH Stroke Scale Certificate

  • CCRN preferred.

  • Dialysis, SLED or equivalent preferred.

  • Additional certifications may be required

  • Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

  • Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
