SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for coordinating the administrative functions for the Phlebotomy Department. Supervise personnel to include workflow direction, hiring, performance management and applicable policy interpretation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- Associate's degree with two (2) years of related experience OR a High School Degree or equivalent and four (4) years of related experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
- Phlebotomy Certification (NHA, ASCP or equivalent) + associate's degree
