Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Compliance Checker:

• Complete all required training before performing assignments

• Conduct evaluations and assess customer service experiences against company standards

• Follow all assignment guidelines and instructions with accuracy and attention to detail

• Maintain professionalism while interacting with employees, customers, and business locations

• Protect confidential information and ensure the integrity of all evaluations and reporting processes

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Must be in an age range where businesses will ask for identification to prove legal age for purchasing alcohol and tobacco items to ensure compliance

• Reliable,punctual,anddependablewithastrongsenseofresponsibility

• Strongattentiontodetailandabilitytoidentifydiscrepancies

• Professional,courteous,andeffectiveverbalandwrittencommunicationskills

• Comfortableinteractingwithcustomers,employees,andthegeneralpublic

• Abilitytofollowwrittenandverbalinstructionsaccurately

• Proficientintheuseofsmartphonesandmobileapplications

• Self-motivatedwiththeabilitytoworkindependentlyandmanageassignmentswithminimalsupervision
